ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar has ordered the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) to furnish the details of the property of Aleema Khan in Dubai and the benefit gained from the amnesty scheme.
During the hearing of foreign accounts case on Friday, the FBR chairman replied that Aleema Khan has six properties in Dubai.
“Why are you reluctant in telling about the properties of Aleema Khan? Is it your property,” the CJP questioned the FBR chairman.
The CJP directed the FBR chairman to submit the details of properties in a sealed envelope.
“We want results. You have issued notices to the entire Pakistan,” he said.
He also ordered Waqar Ahmed and Naushad Haroon to be present in court otherwise they will be called through the police.
