KARACHI (92 News) – An anti terrorism court awarded death sentence to Mithi former district and sessions judge Sikandar Lashari on Saturday.
He was brought to court from Hyderabad Jail.
The former district and sessions judge had killed Aaqib Shahani, 19-year-old son of Jacobabad district and sessions judge, in Jamshoro on February 19, 2014.
As many as 22 people had recorded their statements in the case.
Lashari had been serving a prison sentence in Hyderabad jail and was presented before the ATC.
The second accused in the case, Irfan Bengali, was also awarded a death sentence.
