The woman is under guard in hospital and police say they’re not looking for anyone else in relation to the incident
Police have found a three-year-old girl dead and her mother in a semi-conscious state in a house in Orange, in the New South Wales central west.
Police entered the home in Orange about 7.30pm on Thursday after concerns were raised about the residents’ welfare.
