Pakistan to face off South Africa in first T20 match today

CAPE TOWN (92 News) – Pakistan will face off South Africa in the first match of the three-match T20 series in Cape Town on friday(today).

Pakistan maintained their top spot in the ICC T20 ranks by winning 11 T20I series in a row , cementing their place as the leading lights of the game’s shortest format while South Africa are on fifth place.

Shoaib Malik will lead the team in today’s first match of the three-match T20 series in the absence of skipper Sarfraz Ahmed who got four-match suspension for breach of Anti-Racism Code.

Pakistan will have opening combination of Babar Azam , Fakhar Zaman , Mohammad Hafeez and Asif Ali.The first match of the three-match T20 series between South Africa and Pakistan will start at 9pm.
