Bushfire in suburb of Wooroloo and surrounding areas remains unpredictable and out of control with a number emergency warnings in place
The City of Swan mayor says an out-of-control bushfire in the Perth Hills has destroyed at least 30 homes, as hundreds of people, already in hard Covid lockdown, have been told it is “too late to leave”.
Elaine Palfrey and her family were among those who lost their homes when the fire started on Monday, only finding out when they saw helicopter footage on TV of their new house exploding in flames.
