First minister calls Johnson a charlatan and says he would boost case for independence
The prospect of Boris Johnson become prime minister would “horrify” Scots and boost the case for independence, according to Nicola Sturgeon, Scotland’s first minister.
The former foreign secretary is a “complete and utter charlatan”, Sturgeon told BBC Radio 4’s Today programme.
