Two more kids die due to wrong injections in Karachi

KARACHI (92 News) – Two more children died due to wrong injections in the city on Sunday.

In the first incident, eight-year-old Saba Noor Jahan died after being administered the wrong injection.

Her father told 92 News that the girl was brought to clinic due to pulmonary issue. “She started frothing and died soon after being administered the injection,” he said.

The police have arrested the accused.

In another incident, a three-month-old child belonging to Guddap died soon after the ‘wrong’ injection.

Girl administered wrong injection dies, doctor arrested

Earlier on April 22, a four-year-old girl who was administered wrong injection died in Korangi Bilal Colony. The police have arrested the responsible doctor.

Razia was brought to a private hospital due to measles where doctors administered an injection to her.

Akhtar, the vitcim’s father, alleged that the girl was administered the injection during measles despite being forbidden by them.

Her father refused to get her autopsy done. The police have arrested the doctor and shifted her to the police station.
